TodaySure™ have installed numerous pet crematoria, throughout the World. Our most recent innovative design incorporated two stacked individual pet cremators, fuelled by the exhaust gases of the adjacent automatically loaded mass burn unit, thus minimising fuel input and reducing carbon emissions.
Vanuatu Government - Containerised General Waste Incinerator
TodaySure™ has recently constructed the installation of a containerised incinerator for the island of Vanuatu in the South Pacific Ocean. Permanently mounted into a modified 20' ISO shipping container, which incorporated internal lighting, electrical sockets etc. The incinerator was fully tested and fired in our works and with the exception of the chimney, which is stowed in the container during shipping, which delivered in a fully assembled "ready to go" condition.
This installation was closely followed by installation on Papua New Guinea, New Caledonia and the island of Chuuk in Micronesia.
British Antarctic Survey Team - Containerised Waste Disposal Incinerators
TodaySure™ was selected to supply two containerised incinerators for the South Pole, which is the most pristine wilderness on Earth. Working in extreme temperatures and climate conditions, the units are designed to dispose of food scraps and sludge from the biological treatment plant.
UK Abattoir - Rotary Incinerator
Designed to process animal remains 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, with the minimum of operator attendance.
To optimise the plant's performance and to enable waste to be processed and stored, irrespective of the status of the combustion plant, the waste is crushed into 50mm cubes. The material is then conveyed into a buffer hopper, which stores sufficient material to enable the plant to be left unattended for 12 hours.
Upon the demands of the incinerator, the waste is transferred from the storage hopper into a pump, which delivers the crushed waste virtually continuously into the primary combustion chamber.
Within the primary combustion chamber, which consists of an inclined slowly indexing drum, the waste is ignited and oxidised. Progressive revolutions of the drum, spills the waste along the fire bed ensuring the waste is reduced to a very high quality ash, which after residing in the incinerator for several hours is automatically discharged.
This automated system is extremely fuel efficient, requiring up to 70% less fuel than a conventional fixed hearth incinerator.
QinetiQ - Modular EU Compliant Incineration Package
TodaySure™ were commissioned to construct an Integrated Battlefield Support System Incinerator as part of a Ministry of Defence funded research programme, to demonstrate that waste management can be achieved in a responsible way, compliant with challenging environmental standards.
Designed to meet the stringent requirements of the EU Waste Incineration Directive, the combustion chambers, heat recovery system, flue gas abatement plant and the ancillary equipment, such as the emission monitoring equipment, were constructed into six standard 20' ISO shipping interfaced containers, to enable deployment to a battlefield or temporary accommodation camp.
The plant processed the solid waste generated by the camp, which is normally sent to landfill. Waste heat from the process was converted to low pressure hot water, which was exported to the wash rooms, kitchens and laundries and for heating the camp accommodation.
